Sherman Hu has a great tutorial about how you can assign another person the role of “author” on your blog and limit their access to your whole blog. So effectively you could either contract with other people (you know “hire them”) or maybe have a collective blog, but limit what the other writers can do to the blog, and in that way you wouldn’t have to write every post for your blog.
Just an idea.
